Monthly Overview: May 2013

It has been very exciting being involved in Crafts of late and it is a pleasure to see what you have all been making over the last month. Every month we are going to do a monthly roundup of projects that have caught our eye and will display them here on our blog for all to see.

If it was up to us we would choose all of them but we have narrowed it down to 4 projects.

Chicken Slippers

We thought this project by Griselda Shipp was very original and inspiring. They feel so life like and the use of fleece and fur fabric is truly amazing.

Zingy

A very simple yet so effective project created by Julie Clarkson. The colour of yarn chosen along with the toy eyes make this project so adorable. We can't stop looking at it :-) You can check out more of Julie's projects by clicking here. as she has lots of inspiring projects.

I am sure you will all agree that the contrast of colours in this dress are excellent and the flowers put the icing on the cake! An excellent effort!

When this project was shared on Look What Ive Made it literally took our breath away. You can see for yourself how well the colours blend together. Scarlet Ms is also selling this bag at a very reasonable price of £24.97 on her etsy site.

Well that's it for this month, be sure to check back every month as we will be posting a roundup of all the projects which have been shared on Look What Ive Made.

Happy Crafting!
