I started out with different coordinating fabrics. cut then into appropriate sized squares/hexagons. tacked them to strong paper templates and hand sttiched each individual shape together.
I then, cut a square of quilted wadding and attached it to the finished patchwork.
I made the envelope backs and machined them all together. Turned them the right way and ironed the finished cushion cover. Inserted a cushion pad.
