Bought a cheap cork board from the pound shop, took off the frame, glued wadding onto board, cut fabric to correct size and placed on top of wadding, stapled fabric into place (back of board) placed strips of ribbon on top of fabric and kept them in place by stapling at back and pinning on the front, put frame back in place. Finished!
